Wailuku Heights and Waikapu are small communities just outside of Wailuku town, the county seat. Recently, many new homes have been built in this area, and more are being built still.
Spencer Homes is currently constructing about 500 homes that have already been sold, in a project called Waikapu Garden Estates.
